Yucaipa and Redlands Top Cops Make Ramos Their Choice For Supervisor

(SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA) – James Ramos announced receiving the endorsements of two of San Bernardino County’s most respected Police Officers in his campaign for Supervisor today. Yucaipa’s Police Executive, Captain Lee Hamblin and Redlands’ Police Chief Mark Garcia both announced they would be supporting James Ramos in next year’s election.

Captain Lee Hamblin of Yucaipa Police Department commented on the endorsement stating, “It’s simple, James is the right candidate to represent law enforcement on the Board of Supervisors. He is someone that I can trust to listen to the needs of our officers and get results that will protect our community.”

In addition to Captain Hamblin’s comments Redlands Police Chief Mark Garcia added, “I am supporting James because we need a Supervisor who can prioritize the needs of the voters of San Bernardino County. James has the right priorities to protect vital government programs and leadership qualities to ensure they get the resources they need. I know James will always hold public safety as a top priority and that’s why we need him on the Board of Supervisors.”

James Ramos is a member of the San Bernardino Community College Board of Trustees. He also serves as a member of the State Board of Education, the first ever Native American to serve in that role. He holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from California State University San Bernardino and an MBA from the University of Redlands. James and his wife Terri have been married for 22 years and live in Highland with their four children.
